Ronny Shumaker is a Springfield native and an executive leadership development coach and healthcare administrator with over forty years of working in leadership positions in the greater Springfield and Clark County community. He is currently the President & CEO of Coach Shu, Inc.  He has served in a variety of leadership roles ranging from Controller to Executive Director, as well as CFO & COO.

Ronny has an MBA, with a concentration in Management, Innovation and Change, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, both from Wright State University. He has been privileged to serve on several professional and non-profit boards of directors. He is the proud father of four children and grandfather of nine.
